Pack of Gov't Thug Oath Breakers... they should be in prison for unlawful detention and a host of other charges... I'm sure Obama's DOJ is on it right now. Oops! FBI uses chain saw on wrong doorWHDH-TV's Victoria Block reports. By NBC News and news services A Massachusetts woman says the FBI used a chain saw blade to cut through her door and held her at gunpoint for at least 30 minutes before agents realized they were conducting a raid at the wrong home. Judy Sanchez, of Fitchburg, says she awoke to heavy footsteps in the stairwell on Jan. 26 and walked into her kitchen in time to see a blade chop through her door. usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/02/01/10288790-oops-fbi-uses-chain-saw-on-wrong-door

There should have been a massive amount of dead FBI agents at the threshold of that door.

There should have been a massive amount of dead FBI agents at the threshold of that door. Soon, .gov is gonna hit the wrong door and pay a heavy price for their unconstitutional belligerence.

Think again! The FBI didn't do that! A flesh and blood man or woman did! If that woman picked up the phone and called the FBI and asked for personal damages for the violation of her 4th amendment rights it should come to about $28,000.00. In comparable cases in court wronged citizens have got up to $52,000.00 and more. This would not however prevent her suing the individual agents and their having to pay her for her for the physical assault on her person, the wrongful detention and kidnapping, the Child endangerment. When the individual agent goes outside the Warrant he was issued based upon his or her affidavit of cause they stop being officers of the Court and become plain citizens. Thus they become personally liable for all damages. While the warrant was for the FBI I would have trouble believing they went without local officers from the Town or County. The FBI knows it has no jurisdiction in a state to make any arrests. In most cases the person is arrested on a local warrant and turned over to the FBI after an arraignment. Thus there should also be a couple local yokels who also need to pay her for her trauma, assault, kidnapping, and child endangerment. If more citizens began doing this the midnight assaults on our constitution would stop. Then we could go back to being asked to open the door, showing the warrant, conducting the lawful search or arrest, and no danger.

Instead people cower just like the Russian's did when Stalin sent his thugs after them, or like the Jews did when Hitler sent his thugs after them. We need more .308 AP in rifles standing behind the doors, and the men and women with enough balls to start firing through the door, before the thugs even get inside.
