So just why doesn't anyone bring up charges of treason on this POS?

Um... How does Zero's recess appointment differ from Bush's recess appointments?

Um... How does Zero's recess appointment differ from Bush's recess appointments?
My understanding that while neither is excusable that Bush's were made on recess and he backed off several under pressure but Obama's were made when the senate is still technically in session under the law. In the end it matters little because if it is Bush or if it is Obama. The entire system is broke and all of them should be run out of DC on a rail. If Congress had any gonads they could stop all this if they just refused to fund the new consumer protection agency and the National Labor board they would then not be able to exist because no salaries, no office space, no paper clips so nobody would be there. The founders set in place every safe guard needed to resolve the problems if anyone just had the nuts to stand up apply the brake and then alter course...

If the Senate was still in session, then Zero... once again... broke the law.
Impeach him.

Um... How does Zero's recess appointment differ from Bush's recess appointments? Lemme tell you what, you think I am hard on Obama and his minions, I am very surprised I was not visited by the Secret Service a number of times during the Bush admin, I blistered their ass even harder because they were supposedly on our side. The Patriot Act, never-ending conflict, the ATT/NSA Domestic spy program and financial malfeasance all changed my views on that very quickly. As Michael called it, there are "technical" differences in "recess", sorta like the modern filibuster... where they call a Filibuster, and all go home, finally coming back when a new "deal" has been reached. We need to remove such gray area's, they wannna Filibuster something, then they had better have the principles and courage to stand and really fight for it... www.youtube.com/watch?v=zWyEc7FAMTg

Amen Don.
Impeach him? Yes there are probably at least a dozen Constitutional grounds for doing so but with the system broken it will not happen. So what next? I cannot answer except continue to prepare and continue to resist...
