"She shot him with his gun, and since we all know that The Second Amendment does not apply in New York (because the people of NY refuse to demand the protection of their right to keep and bear arms) she goes to prison for two to five years because she exercised her lawful right to prevent her own death using a weapon owned by the person who threatened to kill her."The state of New York needs to break off that section of the State, it is the colon of the U.S., look at a map of the state and it even looks like a colon... time for a big flush and send the Progressive turds spinning. There was a local bar in North Creek NY which is way up in the Adirondack mountains called Basil & Wick's. Probably not there now but when i lived in North Creek (population around 1000) back in the late 80's it was the only local hang out. They refused to allow a Yankee game on televison and followed the Redsox's and cheered for the Bill's because NY city was a taboo subject. They had a large picture of then Governor Cuomo buried up to his neck in the dirt. the title over the picture stated "Plant Your Own Dope." They had another large banner that stated "Save New York State. Sell New York City to New Jersey." Some good common sense mountain folks up that way for sure... I was only there for around 2 years before moving to Oregon, but found after a couple of honest conversations over a beer I was treated as a local at Basil & Wicks.
