Been talk that Obama wants to do this as an Executive Order... Beck covered it and may do so tonight... Knowing this admin, it would behoove us to keep a sharp eye on this, as I'm sure it will be a middle of the night... on a holiday weekend... whole country is behind us... response to some unforeseen "crisis". Would it be safe to say then that we are in agreement that if he should choose to tamper with the second amendment that we would then be obligated to uphold our end of the Constitution and defend our Republic once and for all against him?

I think the founders said it best... We "the American people" have been labeled enemies of the state for many years. Just do some research of the War Powers Act and its revisions and you will see things in a bit of a different light.

IMHO, this is just an open door to further restrictions that are not part of the public discourse at this time. There is more to this effort than the WH is willing to reveal.

They can do what they want. I will not recognize any further restrictions upon my rights. And hopefully more folks than just we, will come to that way of thinking. The .gov only has power through consent, after all.
