In my beloved State of Texas?! What they hell are you people doing while I'm away? Enforcing an agenda, not the law. ATF displays tyrannical jackboots again, local butt-boy cops obsequiously polish them and AD Melson cringes.Mike rips 'em a new one, over this... Attachments:

Hmm, lets see, as far as I know Texas doesn't have a law on the books prohibiting private citizens from selling firearms and Texas doesn't require people to transfer guns through liscensed FFL's dealers therefor their first point is ILLEGAL. Texas also doesn't have law (as far as I know) banning people from selling firearms in parking lots therefor their second point is ILLEGAL.
Yeah, gotta agree with Sedition on this one GFY!!

Seems to me that .gov is beginning to "circle the wagons" in preparation for a forced disarmament. They are behaving like a bunch of scared jack rabbits. It is time to defy and ignore unconstitutional authority and to resist any attempt to suppress our freedoms. To hell with the observance of all laws directed toward those ends.

As I live and buy my guns in texas I can attest that I have bought and sold guns and even traded guns to friends and never wrote my name on a single piece of paper. I have been with a friend that sold and bought guns in the parking lot of a gun show several times, though I have never done that myself. I read this and thought man, how sad this is happening in Texas. Even sadder still was it was not challenged, though to be fair, I could not afford to challenge it, so I cant blame any one else for not trying it either. Edit: Austin is the San Fran of Texas. In pretty much all respects. The liberalest city in texas by a long shot.

We should wish upon this city the same Hitler envisioned for Moscow, a lake.
