Enjoy everyday, because things are going to change! The feds may spread misinformation but you also need to keep this in mind. In the 1960's the general population polled 67% in favor of gun control. This was about the time that my generation was spitting on soldiers returning from Viet Nam. Today the number is closer to 29% and dropping and today's generation honors the service of our soldiers. I think there is a direct relationship between the honor we feel for our troops and the softening of anti-gun fervor. Do your part. For every post of misinformation keep your friends, neighbors and loved-ones informed of the facts. For every propaganda post from the "free media", pass around fact sheets on where average Americans used a firearm as a means of last resort in indefensible situations. Protecting your life, and the lives of your family, is an honorable thing. Honor seems to be enjoying a revitalization in America but it takes constant refreshing.

For every propaganda post from the "free media", pass around fact sheets on where average Americans used a firearm as a means of last resort in indefensible situations. Good idea, here's a good source for Pro Gun Information... Gun Facts - Your Guide to Debunking Gun Control MythsINTRODUCTION: Gun Facts is a free e-book that debunks common myths about gun control. It is intended as a reference guide for journalists, activists, politicians, and other people interested in restoring honesty to the debate about guns, crime, and the 2nd Amendment. Gun Facts has 98 pages of information. Divided into chapters based on gun control topics (assault weapons, ballistic finger printing, firearm availability, etc.), finding information is quick and easy. Each chapter lists common gun control myths, then lists a number of documented and cited facts (with nearly 500 detailed footnotes). Thus when a neighbor, editor or politician repeats some sound bite about firearm control policy, you can quickly find that myth then rebuke with real information. www.gunfacts.info/
