Our Current Policing Model Is Corrupt And Must Go Away2015-10-29 07:00 by Karl Denninger So the problem is not that there have been a number of police brutality incidents, which James Comey admits occurred, but that they were caught on video. In other words it's the fact that they were objectively proved via video evidence that's the problem, not that they took place. He then goes on to claim that cops are refusing to do their jobs as one of the perks they have enjoyed, being able to brutalize people and get away with it, has been marginally removed from their "toolbox" -- and this is why homicide rates are up certain cities. Note that it's not due to our letting dangerous jackasses out of prison, despite the overwhelming evidence that those who commit murder, in particular, almost never make murder their first violent felony. As I've repeatedly outlined on this page as with the jackass who shot a Marshal after being let out not just once after being convicted of carjacking but then again for sexual assault on a minor most of these "fine citizens" have violent felony records as long as your arm. If we kept them locked up until they weren't dangerous we wouldn't care about who could buy guns (it's hard to buy a gun in prison) and we'd also not have all of those dead people -- including dead cops. But that makes the narrative more difficult for the police and the FBI director, doesn't it? Why yes, it does. market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=230843
