Go Texas! Illegal aliens sue to obtain birth certificates for ‘anchor babies’Defendants have created a category of second-class citizens, disadvantaged from childhood on with respect to opportunitiesAUSTIN, Texas – A group of illegal aliens from Mexico and Central America residing in Texas filed a complaint in federal court against the Texas Department of State Health Services, Vital Statistics Unit (DSHS), in an effort to obtain certified copies of birth certificates for their Texas-born children, commonly referred to as “anchor babies.” The term “anchor baby” is used to refer to a child born with birthright citizenship to illegal alien parents, which could facilitate permanent legal residency for family members who would not otherwise qualify. According to the complaint, filed on their behalf by Texas RioGrande Legal Aid and Texas Civil Rights Project, DSHS officials have refused to provide these illegal alien parents certified copies of their children’s birth certificates based upon the parents’ lack of acceptable identification. www.sonorannews.com/archives/2015/150812/news-illegal.html

Deport 'em all and if they are caught returning, 2 years in prison and banned for life from returning legally or illegally, catch 'em again another 2 years and deport... repeat cycle as required. Report: Every Deported Illegal Household Saves Taxpayers More than $700,000by Julia Hahn24 Aug 2015, Washington D.C. Advocates for mass-migration are using skewed financial claims to smear Donald Trump’s popular border proposals, which actually would help revive the near-bankrupt Social Security and Medicare programs. For every illegal migrant household that leaves the United States under Trump’s plan, Americans would recoup nearly three-quarters of a million dollars ($719,350), according to 2010 data collected by Heritage scholar Robert Rector. The lifetime savings accrued from one deported illegal household would provide funds for 125 low-income inner city students to receive the maximum Pell Grant award in 2015-2016 ($5,775); it could cover the cost of pre-kindergarten for 90 at-risk children (around $8,000 per child); or it could cover the one year cost of Medicaid for 124 enrollees ($5,790 based on FY2011 data). www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/08/24/report-every-deported-illegal-household-saves-taxpayers-more-than-700000/
