The agency said in a statement on Tuesday it would not seek to issue the final guidelines "at this time." The proposal pertained to M855 "green tip" ammunition, used in the AR-15 rifle, which regulators looked at banning because it can pierce police body armor. Everyone needs to contact their Reps and tell them to strip these departments of the means to thwart Congress and the law via regulation. People need to go to jail for these attempts at subverting the Constitution.

As I said; a wary victory... this is not over by far, and the only way it can be jammed through is by your inaction, you must keep a constant eye on them, and its pretty easy as you always know the direction they are coming from. These people will keep coming until the day they are put down hard, right now all we can do as attempt to hold them in check until the obamanation leaves office. Keep your networks engaged and it can be done, its either that or the left will chisel away as much as they possibly can before ceding power. While we all watched this Iraq captured 4 ISIS/ISIL advisers with American, Israeli, and Syrian Passports. They also shot down a Blackhawk chopper which was dropping arms and ammo to ISIS.
When we the people start reading the laws and stop reading the Fear porn we will not have to worry as much.
The ATF doesn't kick in your home door unless you hold an FFL. They bribe your Sheriff to do it for a Grant check.
The DEA doesn't kick in your door to look for Drugs unless they can see the packets on the floor from the window. The hire the local PD to do it for a grant check.
So if we start holding the Sheriff personally responsible for our loss of rights he will soon be on patrol at the Mall or Wally World.

ATF, released a statement on Tuesday, March 9, saying that over 80,000 comments had been received objecting to the plan, and they were going to postpone any action until they could review those comments.
