Newtown victims' families choose poorly with regard to 'entrusting' gunsKurt Hofmann, St. Louis Gun Rights Examiner, December 19, 2014 12:01 AM MST Hmm . . . "loophole." That's funny--I thought "loopholes" were how Americans armed themselves despite all the legislative effort expended trying to stop us. Anyway, more specifically, this "loophole" allows litigation to proceed if the defendants have negligently "entrusted" firearms, ammunition, etc., to anyone who should have been expected to use them to cause great harm. So, to whom should Bushmaster, Camfour, and Riverside Sales not have "entrusted" an AR-15 rifle? Any private citizen--any civilian who is not a law enforcement officer. Any of us, in other words, who are not paid government muscle. Fox News quotes one of the plaintiffs' attorneys: www.examiner.com/article/newtown-victims-families-choose-poorly-with-regard-to-entrusting-guns
ANYONE who doesn't think that the Obama admin is deep behind this 'lawsuit' is an absolute fool...

Support your local Militia! If none in town start one! This should close down about the time the Bushmaster legal asks for photos of the victims, and the corresponding corner's reports. If no photo's they will ask for a ouple bodies to be exhumed so their medical personel can determine if it was actually a BushMaster weapon that was used. Last I saw there is a floating report by the FBI that it was an exercise and no one died.
One of the teachers killed also died at Aurora theatre, and the Boston Bombing according to pictures on AP.

Heard that, I have ZERO trust in the government and their sycophants in the Media. So until I see pics of the bodies and/or pics from the inside of the school showing this 'massacre'... It didn't happen. They tore down the building for a good reason, it was to ensure that no future independent investigations could ever take place.

That is the weird thing the school was torn down ,no other school shooting building was ever torn down to my knowledge also heard about the FBI report . The only one that I know of was the small Amish school that was attacked a number of years ago, they tore it down shortly after multiple investigations were completed. This shooting and every other one, except Newtown was widely covered and disected by the press.

This is why we must cement the 2A back into the bill of rights, this lawsuit should have never even been filed... Judge dismisses Sandy Hook families' lawsuit against gun makerPublished October 15, 2016 Associated Press HARTFORD, Conn. – A judge on Friday dismissed a wrongful-death lawsuit by Newtown families against the maker of the rifle used in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting massacre, citing an embattled federal law that shields gun manufacturers from most lawsuits over criminal use of their products. State Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis granted a motion by Remington Arms to strike the lawsuit by the families of nine children and adults killed and a teacher who survived the Dec. 14, 2012, school attack, in which a gunman killed 20 first-graders and six educators with a Bushmaster AR-15-style rifle made by Remington. www.foxnews.com/us/2016/10/15/judge-dismisses-sandy-hook-families-lawsuit-against-gun-maker.html
