The victim of the all-too-typical police shooting was traveling back home to North Carolina via the South Carolina route, when he was pulled over by fearful York County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Terrence Knox for an expired license plate. The victim, 70-year-old Bobby Canipe, who is handicapped, was shot by Deputy Knox when he got out of the vehicle and reached into the back of his truck for his cane, which is when Deputy Knox’s uncontrollable fear took over and the Deputy fired not one but several shots at Canipe, hitting him once.

S.C.U.M.B.A.G. Oath Breaker, not to mention coward.
But as per modern policing techniques, the Chief immediatly comes to the perp in blues defense... "I would have done the same thing".
