Budget Cuts Imperil Federal Court System, Roberts SaysBy ADAM LIPTAK, Published: December 31, 2013 Budget cuts have imperiled the ability of the federal court system to deliver prompt justice and to protect the public, Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. wrote on Tuesday in his annual report on the state of the federal judiciary. He said the mandatory budget cuts known as sequestration had taken a disproportionate toll on the federal court system and were poised to “pose a genuine threat to public safety.” Unlike federal agencies, the chief justice said, the federal courts do not have discretionary programs they can postpone or eliminate, “because virtually all of their core functions are constitutionally and statutorily required.” www.nytimes.com/2014/01/01/us/politics/budget-cuts-imperil-court-system-chief-justice-says.html?_r=0

How about they let the states handle the majority of all cases and only let federal courts deal with true consitutionally justified cases. Dropping the federal war on drugs and all of those federal cases would be a start. They can switch some of those resources to prosecuting the traitors in mordor on the Potomac and that should keep them occupied for the foreseeable future.

Truth is a always relevant to your opinion.
That is because they would lose the multi-million dollar prison income from prisoners as state began to decide that most of the laws are unconstitutional and the Elected State Judges would out of personal gain start reducing the populations.
In most states the only actual presence of the Federal Corporation is the Federal Court system.
