Proposed government regulations a concern for owners of small farmsBy Chris Togneri, Published: Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013, 11:24 p.m. Updated 5 hours ago The Food and Drug Administration on Friday will conclude a 10-month public comment period on wide-ranging regulations proposed under the Food Safety and Modernization Act, which Congress passed in 2011 because of deadly food contaminations.
