7 Charts That Prove That The Stock Market Has Become Completely Divorced From RealityBy Michael Snyder, on July 28th, 2013 The mainstream media would have us believe that the U.S. economy must be in great shape since the stock market has been setting new all-time record highs this month. But is that really true? Yes, surging stock prices have enabled sales of beach homes in the Hamptons to hit a brand new record high. However, the reality is that stock prices have not risen dramatically in recent years because corporations are doing so much better than before. In fact, the growth in stock prices has been far, far greater than the growth of corporate revenues. The only reason that stock prices have been climbing so much is because the Federal Reserve has been flooding the financial system with hundreds of billions of dollars that it has created out of thin air. The Fed has created an artificial stock market bubble that is completely and totally divorced from economic reality. theeconomiccollapseblog.com/archives/7-charts-that-prove-that-the-stock-market-has-become-completely-divorced-from-reality

Then also if you furlough 20% of your employees through active slips or just reduced hours you show a profit at the end of the quarter. This makes your stock worth more and allows you to sell your personal stock for more and get clear. If you can convince the employees to accept stock in lieu of retirement you again have driven up the value of the stock and reduced your overhead.
If Bernanke raises the rates on the Bonds your company uses for refinancing the raw material as he did last month the value of the stock will drop in the third Quarter.
If the value of the dollar drops on the world market the cost of the American Stocks cost more for foreign investors. Since we are in deep stuff, but less deep than Greece and the rest of the EU we look great. For now.

The Nikki dropped 1000 points in three days and our market barely flinched, people earn less fall further into debt and less working full time and the markets barely flinched!
I don't know how the average person can have confidence investing into the market.
At the same time have you wondered what the percentage is of people not putting into their 401, putting in less due to economic distress and how many have had to tap into their retirement to get by?
There isn't much truth when it comes to market reactions or non reactions!

Three years ago my family withdrew from the markets. The CD's were making .5% so when they finished my wife pulled them.
We started investing our money in Ammo, Food, Toilet paper, Teas, medical supplies, hand tools, and silver coins. (not many silver coins available, but got a few) We began to make a service free home. We added insulation. We installed gutters that pour to Water barrels with special attachments.
This month I will buy me a berkey water unit. Next month I will set up my ammo reloading system.
If my money will only get .o7% return I don't need it to live in the banks vaults.
The bills may become almost worthless before they reset the economy, but then they should become worth 3/4 of what they are now. That will be worth more than they will in the banks.

watchful, I bought hundreds of pounds of rice at $12.50 a 50lb bag, now it's about $18.50 that the same as making almost 50% interest.
The average sheeple can see gains and looses in their mutual funds but can't fathom the survivalist 401k. As volatile as the market is and the CD's paying less than 1% not to mention the banks are now set up for Bail In's why risk it.
Are you looking at the Berky for about $360 with the 3 gal tank or the $1200 unit?

I picked up the charcoal filters, there is no fluoride where I;m going. The portable purifiers watch the handles used to pump the water, many are flimsy and will break or hard to pump.

Don't waste money on the Big Berkey. Go buy 1 five gallon buckets, and drill holes to fit the Berkey filters. Buy the Berkey Filter kits and put them in the bottom of the 5 gallon buckets. The three filters in a kit are much cheaper. www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYG_TLoI9O4You save over $200. If you want a ultra violet light, you can pick one up for way less than $100 if you shop around. Remember these filters can be washed and reused.
