Over the past few weeks I've been dehydrating a bunch of different herbs... From Basil, to Cilantro and German Thyme, been doing 'em all, the house smells delicious.
I think the Lemon Thyme was the best smelling... Mmm
Gonna do a bunch of Rosemary and Parsley today. Then gotta seed out some tomatoes and cucumbers.

We were told/taught that cilatro is supposed to be frozen. How does drying them work for you? Have you frozen them or is this how you normally do them? Just wonder the difference.

My wife has been drying herbs for a couple weeks as well. Basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano and a couple different types of mint. I cannot decide if the kitchen smells better when she is drying herbs or making candles. She sells some of her candles under the name "In the Glow". She makes votives, tarts and pillars.
