The Law Enforcement Problem Friday, February 8, 2013 So, Cops: Cut the crap! You are either part of the problem or part of the solution. If your department is behaving like this to the public, and enforcing unconstitutional laws and practices, even simply degrading citizens with your everyday activities, then you are either with the bad guys or you quit. There is no middle ground Don't expect to play both sides. For all the good guys who are cops, stand up and be counted. Don't allow your department to behave in this way. If its a problem, get out, quit. You can't have your cake and eat it! maxvelocitytactical.blogspot.com/

Let's cut the crap! 1. The county Sheriff is the highest and only law enforcement Officer in a county. 2. The Sheriff's Deputies work for the County Commissioners to collect revenue. 3. The Police work for the City/Town/ or Municipality Corporation and are there to collect revenue by enforcing regulations and ordinances. 4. The only Constitutionally lawful Deputies for the Sheriff is when he asks for members of the 1902 Dick Act unorganized Militia to assist him,/her. 5. It is not the job of any of the above to protect anyone. That is why you and I have a Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. So as long as we run about with our heads in the sand waiting for someone else to do our job what can we expect.
