Any lawyer worth his salt would have tried to make sure atleast one juror knew about jury nullification.
Every state should be required to explain that to jurors before they excuse the jury

I hear this weekly and still no one get it. TSA is there because the Airlines would rather the Government gets sued when an Airline is hijacked than them. The key is not the TSA it is the Airlines. If you must fly then get over it and don't get indignant when they feel you up. There is a way around this though. I will bet Romney and Ryan don't go through the feelie touchie stuff. I would bet if you wrote to the airline and asked for your rights they will issue you a pass. with your ticket. I was asked last time I flew if I was happy with the service. I was very happy. I walked up to the point and dropped my carry on on the conveyor and was sent to the xray spot where I was xrayed and went to get my stuff. The idiot ahead of me began talking s@#$ before he dropped his bags. He refused the xray and demanded a supervisor to do the pat down. He complained about the pat down and when he got on the plane continued on the Stewardess about hanging up his 100 pounds of crap. I wen to my seat and put my bag in the overhead. He came up and askeed me to move it to another place I of course refused. He got angry and began to cloud up. I sat down and he began berating me so I very sweetly explained that if he didn't shut the F@#$ up I would put him to sleep for the rest of the trip. He sat quietly for the trip to atlanta and went his way. We all have to remember that our rights end where the other guy's begin.
