One day these Oath Breaking Scumbags will run across a citizen who will not go to his knees, who will instead defend himself... "He's a Constitutionalist""Bear! There are guys with guns outside!" shouted Marcella Cruz to her husband as she looked out the kitchen window of their farmhouse in Letha, Idaho... freedominourtime.blogspot.com/2012/10/hes-constitutionalist.html

Welcome to our police state. And folks wonder why I'm not that un-happy about the impending collapse..... Truth be told, I'm looking forward to the collapse, I'd much rather work my arse off to keep myself and my family alive than work for the system that holds all of us in chains.

I have a sneaking confession that I, too, am anticipating the coming troubles with a sense of relish. Rather than being in the shadows and quietly preparing my family and myself, the chance for direct action against the foes of freedom is a clarion call.

"This police state bullshit has got to stop. One way, or t'other..."Indeed, and it will... and in light of current events, it also appears it will be sooner rather than later. This attack is just another of the growing "Isolated Incidents". Out of curiosity I had to look up the definition which the public has access to:
Thesaurus Legend: Synonyms Related Words Antonyms Noun 1. constitutionalist - an advocate of constitutional government advocate, advocator, exponent, proponent - a person who pleads for a cause or propounds an idea
When those who believe in our Forefathers, our founding documents the Constitution, B.O.R and the Declaration of Independence not to mention a document that represents Freedom from oppressive Governments and if you believe in the above, you are labeled as a Constitutionalists which makes you a threat!?!?

I am a "Constitutionalist" and I will not get on my knees and wait to be killed, or carried away. That same Constitution and B.O.R. expresses I have the right to defend myself, my family, and my home from government thugs, as well as other thugs.
Today I read a reply that mentions a quote from a Fredrick Forsyth book the "Dogs of War". The paraphase was "I would rather die with blood in my mouth and a bullet in my heart. Then dieing cold and humgry with cardboard in my mouth."
I read the book as a kid, and thinks it still fits today. It is better to die on your feet fighting, then die cowering from starvation.

Reminded me somewhat of: War Story freenorthcarolina.blogspot.com/2012/08/war-story.html"Think I'll get to keep the arm?"......... "Yes"........ "You don't suppose there is any chance I could stay in Nam, you know, do it all here, you know?" "No......you're going home." Oh no, my mind thought as my feeling sank. No, I'm home now. What I'll be doing is going back to the nightmare world of lines to stand in and forms with numbers in little blocks to fill out. That world with all its picayune irritations. No, better by far the total involvement in some monster crusade like Vietnam than being eight-to-fived to death in some foul little job in some foul little office somewhere. Better by far to wind up, as I had once predicted, dead in a rice paddy, face down with my guts in my hand, than that.

The people who were "detained" are the only people who can prevent this. They failed to know their rights and failed to tell the Officers that they did not have their permission to enter the house. When the search was finished and the Officers departed they should have immediately sat down and documented the whole episode. Then drove to the Court house and filed their Affidavit with the Court Clerk and asked that the Officers be arrested fro violating their 4th Amendment rights to freedom from search without a warrant signed by a Judge and accompanied by the Attached Affidavit used to authorize the warrant. Until you, I, and they begin to do this the game will continue. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse!

An Open Letter from BearMy back is now against the wall. I can be pushed no farther... I had a long talk with Marcela last night about all of this and what we're facing... I told her this... "I am going to die someday. We all do. We can't get off of this planet any other way. I wanted to die quietly, in my sleep, if possible but right now it's looking like that's not going to happen. So, when I die, it will be defending our Creator-given unalienable rights, more'n likely..." She looked me in my eyes and told me she is by my side until we leave this planet... She is all I need...bonniegadsden.blogspot.com/2012/10/an-open-letter-from-bear.html#.UHfp065E0uM
