Looks like it may well be time to start raising hogs along with our chickens. Then again, my neighbor across the street does have about 50 head of sheep

I plan on having Hogs, and goats to go with my rabbits soon.

Back in the day, every unit had their "Sure I Can Get That" supply guy, Be that guy. Now the "scroungers" in Special Ops were a breed all their own, I was always amazed at what they could pull off. Yeah, I know a couple old "scroungers" that will probably be doing quite well when the economy goes south... Yeah, gotta keep those contacts open and fresh.

There is a tale in War Story about a fellow officer who bought an old non-running jeep in Okinawa and left it and his wife there went he went back to Vietnam. Once a bunch or motors for jeeps came in off a boat and he re-stenciled it to go to his address in Okinawa and got away with it.
