Election 2012: Supreme Court Hangs in the BalanceChuck Norris, Sep 11, 2012 In the past several years, we have achieved great victories. In two rulings, the Heller decision and the McDonald decision, the Supreme Court has ruled that all American citizens, in every state and municipality, have the right to legally possess a firearm. Those decisions were a tremendous accomplishment, and they finally ratified what our Founding Fathers envisioned when they drafted the Second Amendment. So those who wish to deny our freedoms have been vanquished, and all is settled, right? townhall.com/columnists/chucknorris/2012/09/11/election_2012_supreme_court_hangs_in_the_balance

Those decisions were a tremendous accomplishment, and they finally ratified what our Founding Fathers envisioned when they drafted the Second Amendment.
How easy it is to pacify some folks! When they drafted that clause they placed more questions on the future than answers. They wrote using words that were both pro and con. The court decisions have taken us from : ----------------------------------- A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. -------------------------------------------- to allowing municipalities to dictate where and how we can do that. From "Shall not be infringed" to concealed carry permits. We were not given this right by those Esquires and Barristers in Philadelphia. We were given those rights by our creator. Now we are asked to return to the polls and pretend to elect a party to power who trashed our 5th and 6th amendment rights so they can work on our 1st and 2nd amendment rights. What we really need are men on the bench like Roberts they say. Yet he agreed with the Obama care. What is needed is for all of us to simply notify our local elected officials that we are free! Explain to them that if they attack our neighbors with firepower they may be caught in a crossfire. Explain to our local elected felons that if they submit rules or ordinances to be passed by their next meeting and that vote is found to be in violation of our Constitutional rights that we will have the local Sheriff arrest them under the State or Federal laws against insurrection. Then we all start going to the townhall and local council meetings to make sure it is carried out.
