In my mind the way things in DC work, no. They will possibly can or hide these 5 and back to business as usual. Would I like to see ATF gone, absolutely. Or would they just go underground? Leviathon.

I understand there are well more than 5. I was just referring to the 5 they are throwing out for bait. It goes way up the food chain. On a side note, other than those that are "Whistle Blowers", Should the others that carried out illegal/unconstitutional orders be sought to be prosecuted? My thought is that MAYBE others in service to our country would catch the drift that there are consequences to not following the Constitution/laws. Just my thoughts.

I've never been an advocate of "just following orders" as an excuse. Even when I was an active duty Marine, I fully understood that illegal orders were... illegal. That anything I did while under orders was still on my conscience and I would be held 100% responsible for.
