Talk about complete and total insanity... Got some starting to throw out feelers on holding a Constitutional Convention. What say you?

Can you imagine how a Con Con in the hands of the wrong people could be a VERY bad thing? I can. I would be very supportive of presenting a list of grievances to Congress and with large numbers of people, forcefully demanding they be addressed.

I think it is getting closer to time for a Constitutional Conventions than many want to admit.
I think one will need to be held as soon as possible, after the coming Civil War. Once the communist pigs have been run out of the country, or hung, then we should have a Constitutional Convention.
One of the things we should do is learn from the mistakes the founders made. 1. We will need to have term limits, for all elected officials and all Federal Judges. 2. Restrictions on judges making laws. 3. Redefine treason, to include accepting money from any foreign entity. 4. Set the bill of Rights in stone and make them off limits for change by anyone. 5. Make sure a corporation can not ever be considered as a individual, and hold corporations accountable for their failings. 6. No Federal Reserve System, ever. 7. Strict limitations on what can be taxed by the Federal Government, or the States.
I for one would think that would do quite a bit to stop the encroachment of socialism from ever rearing its' ugly head again.

Better a Declaration of Independence convention. Read it out loud to include the "DUTIES" and go shake the rugs. In the Sovereign community they would call it cleaning the Con out of the Constitution. Hamilton, the representative for the Rothschild Bank of England, had way too much lee way in it's composition. To make any changes we need to first re-enact the original 13th Amendment. Then using Americans with self-centered interests in lieu of Fiduciary responsibilities, review what we have and get rid of all "privileges". This can be accomplished by just replacing the original 13th Amendment. It was so good the brits attacked us in 1812 just to burn it before it was read aloud a last time to the Congress after ratification. www.apfn.org/apfn/13th.htm"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."

After the coming Civil War the union will be dissolved between the states as a whole and smaller more compact entities of free states will form that have more in common with similar beliefs under a new article of confederation. People will vote with their feet much like they did after the first great secession. It will be a painful path to get their but from the ashes Liberty will flourish in some places and the nanny state and tyranny continue in others. memory.loc.gov/cgi-bin/ampage?collId=llsl&fileName=001/llsl001.db&recNum=127

To dangerous, the second would be gone within minutes.
Can a Pitchfork brigade actually demonstrate on the Mall? Would it be construed as a weapon or farm equipment? Kinda cool to have a 100,000 patriots on the Mall with Pitchforks
