NC Police as well as police around the country are tracking cell phones without a warrant and without cause beyond you might have called a number they might have thought they had interest in. As always Big Brother is Watching... video.foxnews.com/v/1547632112001/

Yep I saw that. According to the article, since the dirty cell companies don't require a warrant to track, the cops don't bother getting one. The cell companies are basically handing over our freedom to the authorities, just like they did when Big Government had that famous meeting and wanted to put offices in their buildings to route their phone lines through to spy on us.

Let us look at this in real time. Lets understand who everyone is. 1. The cellphone in your hand is not your personal property. When you received that phone you were told in a long legal document that the phone was and will always be the express property of the manufacturer. You have only purchased the rights of use and transfer. 2. The Cellphone network you operate on is operated by a Corporation that is incorporated in your state for the purpose of operating the ground based equipments located in said state. They applied to the FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Inc, a Corporation under the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Corporation for a license to use the network frequencies. They licensed the use of the airwaves to the Cell phone operator on the part of US CITIZENS (See 14th Amendment) but that license has some hooks and snags. 3. The States, Counties, and Cities are also corporations incorporated under the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Corporation. Their police, fire, and medical departments are also licensed by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Corporation under certain requirements.
In short it is not your phone, not your network, and thus a rational person can not reasonably expect to have privacy when using or even carrying that cell phone, GPS, or even driving your car. They all have accessible ports that can and in most cases are used to monitor you.
If you look online they have small pack to drop that GPS or cell into if you feel the need for privacy. Your choice.
