The effort is there, but the black people of this nation are not behind it. SInce the 1920's they have moved uptown. They own large Corporations, hold high offices in the Federal and State Governments. Many live in the Suburbs in tree lined street communities. They have achieved the American Dream and see no reason to throw all of that away. What about the ones left behind? Those in the know and in the cash say to hell with them. Just as the Hispanic, White, and Native Americans say. "If I can do this so can you if you will work as hard as I do." I think we give too much credit to the communists, and not enough to the working man and woman. Those Unions we tie to Communist are all supported by the working man. They have to because their representatives for State and National Congress listens tot he Union, but not them. This pops up every election. Last time it was put into a Russian "EXPERT"s book. The time before it came up from an american writer's book. Then when all the "Good Ole Boys" have had their nose tweaked it slips once more into the back ground except in circles of three or more over a cold beer late at night. I don't fear the creation of a Black state in the South. Most of the Mayors, almost half the police chiefs, and a third of the elected Council members, congressional representatives are already black. They screw up almost as often as their white, Indian, and Hispanic counterparts do. What I fear is that as the Federal Government spends themselves into bankruptcy and they forget who to pay first soon we (all colors) will become the true enemy and that instead of getting together to clean out that cesspool in Washington we may start cleaning out ourselves.
