As though there was any justification on God's green earth to do so.

Either this week or next week, I'll be closing out my Wells Fargo accounts. I would STRONGLY suggest that they not pull that crap on me. The cops will have one chance and one chance only to make an arrest of at least one of the bank employees for theft, then I'll get my money in my own way.

As noted, now looks like this was from 2010, so its not tied in to what is currently going on.

We know this because? Perhaps it was old reporting, but with BOA's website shutting down, is it not a sign of things to come. If it was nothing more than a test of a DHS test based upon the Homeland Security Presidential Declaration 5 (Continuity of Operations in an Emergency) it lets you and all of their depositers know what they will do when things get tight.

Its more work for me to monitor whats in my checking, making more smaller deposits as I need to. But at least "MY CASH I EARNED" is in my possession & not that of a bank.
I keep just enough for bills & pay cash as much as I can, just as we did in the good ole days!

DD said 2010, but all I could find was SHTF stating "It has come to our attention that this video was originally published in August of this year."
