Dupnik is a commonly known POS. He was just in the news a while back wasn't he? I believe he riled up Arpaio.

Sheriff's Dept. defends SWAT shooting silenceTucson attorney Michael Storie, who represents law enforcement officers, has called a news conference at 10 a.m. Thursday to discuss the Pima County Sheriff's Department SWAT shooting. Storie says in a news release that he represent officers on the PCSD SWAT involved in the fatal May 5, incident. Storie said he will answer questions on behalf of SWAT officers involved. The Pima County Sheriff's Department issued a statement today trying to explain its policy regarding the delay in information about the SWAT raid in which a Tucson man was killed. There is a lesson here for anyone who may be arrested. The only right you have that you can control is the right to be silent. It is hard to make a statement and possibly have that statement entered into your trial for evidence. That Sheriff was not in the raid and as such can't make any statement. However if she survives the next election the people have agreed with her decision.
