SCOTUS will decide on petition to hear the Virginia challenge to Obamacare on April 15. It irks me how something of such national importance can be "slow poked" along... should have went to SCOTUS the day it was passed.

Ahhhhhh! The SCOTUS! Having read the entire bill I suggest that you don't put much faith in the SCOTUS pulling it own. This bill is a Revenue Bill! Thus the SCOTUS will only look at the constitutionality of the revenue sources and the ability of the Congress to impose those requirements and those restraints on business. The individual citizens did not sign the bill, sign the Constitution, or ask for the states to protect their rights. Go read the bill nad read your 1789 document beginning "We the people"

I do not put much faith in SCOTUS especially since they came down on the wrong side of eminent domain fairly recently.
