Although dated in Feb, I hadn't heard of this "agreement". Canada, U.S. agree to use each other’s troops in civil emergenciesCanada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other’s borders during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper government <AND U.S.> has kept silent on the deal. That was based upon the 2006 and 2007 meeting between King George the lesser, Vicente' Fox, and PM Edwards of Canada. The established what is known as a zone for prosperity, and security. That is a 100 mile buffer zone on each border where by they jointly patrol and don't collect tariffs of the other two nation's products. Commonly called the "North American Union". The peoples of each nation all said no, but the heads said yes and signed agreements.
