Gentlemen,
We have among us a member that has been almost single handedly responsible for the formation of the movement we have joined that was originally A&M, and has since morphed into the Liberty & Preparedness network. And I felt it was time he was given the recognition he deserves.
I'm referring to my friend, Jim Horton. When Tom Fernandez had the "vision", it was Jim who purchased the website out of his own pocket, then put thousands of hours into creating the content and doing all the IT work. He was also single handedly responsible for the creation and implementation of the organizational structure that made up the organization. His efforts of link swapping and site maintenance successfully brought in hundreds of new members a month.
For as "visionary" as Tom Fernandez was, this site simply wouldn't exist, much less be the success it is, and attract the decent people it has, without the hardwork of Jim.
I know Jim will be upset with me for posting this. But, I felt it was recognition he deserved that was long overdue.

Thanks Jim!!! You're truly a good man and I appreciate you hard behind the scenes work. You and the others are truly what this country is about. Maybe someday I'll get lucky and meet you face to face and get to shake your hand .

To All of You, Thank you for your thanks and recognition. My efforts and motivation concerning A&M and now L&P were and are focused on building a place where we all can gather and report, share with and educate each other on topics of importance to us, be they preparation, communication, or patriotic/constitutional. I thank you all for your participation, who knew it would grow like it has, and have the fine caliber of folks that it does. While I do appreciate a pat on the back once in a while, I would like to point out that each of you and your participation in the forum and the project is what has made it grow and become what it is today, so to each of you I reply, Thank you.... Jim
