Wisc. Senate Passes Collective Bargaining Ban Without DemocratsPosted on March 9, 2011 at 7:47pm by Meredith Jessup In a quick turn of events, Republican state senators in Wisconsin have successfully pushed through a provision stripping public employees of their collective bargaining rights by separating it from Gov. Scott Walker’s controversial budget bill. The stand-alone measure passed Wednesday evening by a vote of 18-1. No Democrats were present. In effect, the vote renders Democrats attempts to withhold the provision from the budget bill moot.... Thank God!!!...First thing the Repubs have managed to get right in a verryyyy long time..... Usually they cave. Maybe they finally learned a lesson? Or maybe the RINO's were finally forced out of power.

Things are kinda blowing up in Madison right now. Protesters are threatening violence and are attempting to close down the Legislature. Gov. Walker just gave an impressive tv speech.
Sounds like National Guard may be called as Union police don't appear to be doing their job very well.

All it would take is a little "revolution" in one state...I am certain it would quickly spread where needed.

I pity the poor libtard union sheep.... they are the Progressive Marxist cannon fodder, and will suffer the most if things go badly. And they simply appear to be too stupid (or greedy) to realize it. It's almost like these morons have made a suicide pact.

Sounds like riot police escorted GOP lawmakers into the legislature through the crowd. Reports of some arrests being made.
Video has surfaced of protesters being let in, and doing a B&E to get in, to the Capitol. What's the WI penalty for criminal trespass, B&E of a government building, and defenestration?
Too bad poor hygiene isn't a crime as well or you could arrest the whole lot of them.
Also, local high school was shut down. Teachers leading students to the Capitol to protest. Escorted by police. Lucky my kid doesn't go there or asshole teacher would be having charges of child endangerment and abduction levied on them.

Obviously things will continue to deteriotate as this socialist union plague of unrest spreads to other states. Hopefully those other states like OH will also stand strong like Walker and the Republicans did in WI. Many of the protestors are paid union goons beign bused in.
Funny isn't that the charge they libs claimed against the Tea Party folks.....

I'm sure some of you have read the Billy Beck quote--"All politics in this country now, is just dress rehearsal for civil war". Well it looks like the lines are forming up and rehearsal may be about done. How long before opening night? That's the question.
