www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=xprnw.20110118.CL31921&show_article=1U.S. Supreme Court Issues Landmark Decision: Constitution is Void ATLANTA, Jan. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Supreme Court issued a landmark decision that serves to allow judges to void the Constitution in their courtrooms. The decision was issued on January 18, 2011, and the Court did not even explain the decision (Docket No. 10-632, 10-633, and 10-690). One word decisions: DENIED. Presented with this information and massive proof that was not contested in any manner by the accused judges, at least six of the justices voted to deny the petitions: "There is no legal or factual basis whatsoever for the decisions of the lower courts in this matter. These rulings were issued for corrupt reasons. Many of the judges in the Northern District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit are corrupt and violate laws and rules, as they have done in this case. The Supreme Court must recognize this Petition as one of the most serious matters ever presented to this Court." The key questions answered negatively by the U.S. Supreme Court was: "Whether federal courts must be stopped from operating corruptly and ignoring all laws, rules, and facts." More at link. If I have no rights under the Constitution, then I have no responsibility to follow man made laws.

I guess that I am just stupid. I fail to understand why anyone would believe that failing to increase the amount of debt that we are willing to take on will be catastrophic and taking on increasing debt will be wonderful. And that list of where the pain will be felt? What a joke. How about instituting the Fair tax and eliminating a long list of federal agencies and departments? IRS TSA DHS DOE Bureau od Indian affairs National Endowment for the arts All foreign aid MaObama's Healthcare All baillouts and TARP Get the the United Nations out of here Get us out of the United Nations Charge as much to countries for our grain/food as they charge us for their oil Cut Federal salaries by 20% Send private management analysts to all remaining federal offices to analyze efficiency and make their recomended cuts For National law enforcement, we need the FBI. That's it. Roll the others in to it and see above on the elimination of the DHS and on management analysts. No welfare. If you can't work because you are too old or disabled then it is not too much to ask for taxpayers to assist in private homecare. As in a private home (dormitory style) which would be far more efficient and caring than sending blanket checks to everyone. Pay the workers well and grade their efficiency and quality care to our disabled and elderly treasures RUTHLESSLY. I might be off base and I could go on but I have to get another wheat order in.
