U.S. District Judge Brian Jackson, yet another Obama appointed activist subverting and muddying the rule of law.. The 'TEA Party' comparison is a ridiculous strawman argument, unlike BLM the 'TEA Party' is not a national organization, just a bunch of loosely affiliated people and groups... a Movement. Can Hamas be sued? Yes They can, although they are/were a movement, they are also a national organization with recruiting, fundraising and a 'direct action' wing, just like the Black Lives Matter Terrorist group. Does the 'TEA Party' have National Directors, Fundraising, and the other accoutrements of an organization? NO they do not. Judge: Black Lives Matter is a movement that can't be suedPosted 10:36 p.m. yesterday, Updated 10:38 p.m. yesterday, By MICHAEL KUNZELMAN, Associated Press BATON ROUGE, La. — Black Lives Matter is a social movement, like the tea party or the civil rights movement, and therefore can't be sued, a federal judge ruled Thursday. A police officer anonymously sued Black Lives Matter and DeRay Mckesson, a prominent activist in the movement, after being injured by a rock thrown during a protest over a deadly police shooting in Baton Rouge last year. But U.S. District Judge Brian Jackson dismissed the officer's suit and ruled that Black Lives Matter is not an entity capable of being sued. www.wral.com/judge-black-lives-matter-is-a-movement-that-can-t-be-sued/16980469/
