Rights group asks for probe into shooting range that refuses to cater to MuslimsBy Dylan Stableford, 9 Oct 2014 A Muslim civil rights group is asking the Department of Justice to investigate an Arkansas shooting range whose owner recently declared it a "Muslim-free zone." In a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Jenifer Wicks, a lawyer for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), writes that the declaration is "a violation of federal laws prohibiting racial and religious discrimination" and "will inevitably result in a hostile environment for ordinary Muslims in Arkansas." news.yahoo.com/muslim-free-gun-range-arkansas-160333108.html

Man only has those freedoms he is willing to defend to the death!
Commonsense says if you seek to deny any specific person or group from a business you create a club, charge mmbership fees, have members vote on membership, and issue membership cards. Failure to do this is called discrimination!

Gun range's ban on Muslims draws fireBy Adam Shaw, Published January 28, 2015, FoxNews.com In the five months since Jan Morgan banned Muslims from her gun range in Hot Springs, Ark., business has boomed and predictions of a lawsuit brought by federal civil rights enforcers have so far proved inaccurate. Morgan, who claims keeping Muslims out of her Gun Cave Indoor Firing Range is a matter of public safety and not a constitutional issue, says she made the decision in September after two customers she deemed suspicious visited. She said their furtive behavior and cellphone ringtones of “Allahu Akhbar” prompted her to revise her range’s policies. www.foxnews.com/us/2015/01/28/gun-range-ban-on-muslims-draws-fire/
