Has anyone else been seeing black and white ford suv's tagged US urban search and rescue running around? Saw one today and I'd never heard of them before. After a little search I discovered they operate under fema and have 28 different "teams" spread around the country. Problem is that the closest team to my location is about 4 hours away and as far as I could tell there isn't a disaster going on for them to be called to so I don't see why they'd be in my area.
What got my attention was them coming up behind me and riding my bumper for about 5 miles before passing me, which they could have done at anytime since the interstate was virtually empty. After they passed me they started driving like they were in a hurry to get somewhere, which doesn't add up since they followed me for so long.
Might very well be nothing but I thought it was unusual because of them not being based here and because of the way they were driving....

Since this administration came to power there is no difference in the Alphabet agencies. SO long as we are not willing to stand up in our communities and neighborhoods and learn to do these functions for ourselves there will always be an SUV loaded with strange folks in camo and carrying guns in our rear view windows.
Incidentally if you go on line and ask they will route you to a site where you can download the complete TSAR lesson plan. While these skills are not very hard, they do require some practice. The majority of the details relate to working with other TSAR units on same freqs, using same reports, and same key words. The rest is just simple Fireman rescue procedures. Here is Fayetteville we have three "Swift water Rescue teams". We have three or four fire department TSAR groups and a baptist mens rescue group. They all differ only in who is calling the shots.
In my garage I have three buckets of cribbing materials. Just in case! I have three medical bags (1 M-13, 1 CERT, and one SARR kit add on. I am not a medic, but can get one here who may not have those resources.
Remember it is our neighborhood. When a disaster hits the county will be concerned with security, not search and rescue.

I had an intersting conversation with a member of a local law enforcement agency this weekend. He stated plainly that he felt that "they" (TPTB) are in the process of nationalizing every law enforcement agency and that the fancy vehicles and military equipment and training are just the initial carrot to draw them in. He said he thought that those who would not play along would begin to replaced. His thoughts were that first they would regionalize them under DHS and then reassign them so they were not "serving" in their home areas so there would be less attachment to the locals. To Protect and Serve"...

You have to remember a central fact for the Alphabet agencies. M. O. N. E. Y. If a local State or municipality will agree to provide the location and the manpower to train the Agency will come in and start a clone. Problem is the clone will have undying obedience to the Cloned from until death do them part or the money stops. These clones use money provided by the cloned from. When the local municipality hires the new workers they establish a need for that money since they can't afford the equipment, networks, manpower, or the manpower's guaranteed benefits. After that it is just "But he has one! I want one too". From one clone to the next. Think I am fudging? Go look up the word "Your state + Fusion Center" on Google or better yet DuckDuckGo for privacy. See who else works there.

In Metro Detroit there are a couple of shops and in Oh I heard that put the final touches on DHS vehicles, over the last few years they have put out tens of thousands. Most are Jeeps, Dodge Ram's and other Chrysler cars. Yet few are seen on the roads, I only saw two a year ago and see them on the news parked in Detroit at their HQ.
I have a couple video's but there are to big to attach.
