The muslim brotherhood is a terrorist organization and needs to be treated as one.
That means no money, and the members of the muslim brotherhood run out of the country, or sent to prison as terrorist.

U.S. to Egypt: Quit arresting Muslim Brotherhood, or we might halt aid
By Cheryl K. Chumley, The Washington Times, Friday, July 12, 2013
The Obama administration issued a quiet warning to Egypt on Thursday using diplomatic and veiled language: Quit arresting members of the Muslim Brotherhood, or the United States will freeze up aid.
www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/jul/12/us-egypt-quit-arresting-muslim-brotherhood-or-we-m/ US sends four more F-16s to Egypt, despite Cairo tumult
Fox News Wednesday 10th July, 2013
Four more F-16 fighter jets are slated for delivery to Egypt's military as part of a U.S. foreign aid package that is apparently unaffected by the army's overthrow of the North African nation's president last week. "There is no current change in the plan to deliver F-16s to the Egyptian military," one U.S. official told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity. The jets will likely be delivered in August, with eight more to be sent in December. The aid package, which also includes a total of 20 of the planes, plus some 200 Abrams tanks, was already criticized earlier this year by lawmak...

They could cars less since they have been promised by other nations that anything lost would be made up. Obama is irrelevant.

Obama Signs Executive Order, Sends $500 million to Terrorists
Published On: Sat, Jul 27th, 2013
Citing "national security interests," President Obama effectively sidestepped Congress by signing an executive order which enables him to send $500 million to fund Muslim terrorists in the West Bank.
The executive order, addressed to Secretary of State John Kerry, was quietly signed Friday afternoon, as the media's full attention was focused upon a royal birth.

Psaki: 'We Have Determined That We Do Not Need to Make a Determination' on EgyptBY: Washington Free Beacon Staff, August 6, 2013 3:11 pm State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told Matt Lee of the Associated Press Tuesday that the U.S. had "determined that we do not need to make a determination" over whether or not the ousting of Mohamed Morsi in Egypt was a coup. Sen. John McCain (R., Ariz.) called it a coup Tuesday, but the Obama administration has deliberately avoided using the word: freebeacon.com/psaki-we-have-determined-that-we-do-not-need-to-make-a-determination-on-egypt/

Anti-U.S. Hostility Ramps Up in EgyptMedia Outlets Blast American Policies, Further Straining TiesBy MARIA ABI-HABIB in Cairo and ADAM ENTOUS in Washington Egypt's state and privately owned media outlets, already no strangers to demonizing the U.S., have embarked on a particularly critical campaign. US-Egypt alliance on verge of collapse
Fri Aug 9, 2013 9:35PM GMT, By Youssef Ibrahim, New York Sun
On the streets, nationalist sentiment was not far behind. The "Rebel Movement" is pitching a new drive titled "Say No to US Aid", which runs at $ 1.5 billion a year. So grave is the situation that military sources told Reuters on Wednesday that Egypt may call off critical joint military maneuvers code-named Bright Star."
America's intricate alliance with Egypt, woven over four decades, is standing on the verge of collapse over the failure of the Obama administration to comprehend the revolution that ousted the Muslim Brotherhood from power in Cairo.
In a cascade of mutual recriminations over the past three days, President Mansour and his prime minister, Hazem Biblawi, described two senior American senators, sent as emissaries of President Barak Obama, as "delusional" and "liars."
The two senators arrived with demands to release all Muslim Brotherhood leaders being held under arrest and to integrate the party into the new revolutionary government. Otherwise, they warned, the Obama administration will cutoff all financial and military aid to Egypt.

I have heard "experts" both ex-military and ex-intelligence saying that for the US to pursue "democracy" in many areas of the world where the tribal nature of the population will never allow it to succeed is insanity. Their recommendation is to go back to supporting strong authoritarian leadership ( I hear dictators) propped up the US that can at least provide stability.
While I can see their logic in this I also see that it is what got us here in the first place. It may be too late to go to a hands off policy but ultimately I believe a hands off policy with a very strong defensive capability is required.

"Say No to US Aid", No problem... Right now the people who support the US, but hate Obama and the islamofacist are in power in Egypt. The muslim brotherhood are islamofacist. If we are going to send aid, we need to support the new government, no Morrise and the islamofacist. That said, we do not need to send them a dime, but we should help stop the muslim brotherhood. Obama will not do this as he has members of the muslim brotherhood in his cabinet.

Obama Administration Presses Egypt to Tolerate Muslim BrotherhoodSunday, 22 Jun 2014 09:50 AM Another official told journalists traveling on the plane with Kerry that "the Egyptian government needs to have a very politically inclusive approach, which means that they need to include and find ways to reach out to the Muslim Brothers". Kerry's visit comes a day after an Egyptian court confirmed death sentences for 183 Islamists, including Muslim Brotherhood chief Mohamed Badie, after a speedy mass trial that sparked an international outcry. www.newsmaxworld.com/GlobalTalk/Egypt-US-Kerry-Sisi/2014/06/22/id/578528/
