The U.S. Constitution has never been an impediment to you, Randy. Your voting record bears that out. You voted to eviscerate the Bill of Rights in 2005 when you voted to make the "Patriot" Act permanent. In 2006, you voted yes on allowing electronic surveillance domestically without a warrant. In 2006, you once again voted to shred the Constitution when you voted yes for the John Warner Defense Authorization Act. In 2011, you voted yes on extending the Patriot Act's roving wiretaps. And, the grand daddy of them all: The National Defense Authorization Act in 2012. You voted to allow American citizens to be detained indefinitely without a warrant - something the Founding Fathers would not have tolerated for a split second. www.newswithviews.com/Devvy/kidd589.htm

Per normal Ms Kidd has put things into perspective, but missed the bigger picture. What good would billions of giga-bytes on a populace who ignored the Federal Government do anyone? When we the people stop agreeing to become US CITIZENS and download a copy of the IRS code and sit down and read it we will learn what all of the elite Tax dodgers as we call them know. The only thing that is taxable is "GAIN". Labor is not GAIN. Selling your home and buying another that costs $1.00 more is not gain. Gain is normally only paid by a CORPORATION and unless you claim to be a CORPORATION you have no gain. This is the purpose of the data base. To catch you lying! SO if you don't lie it is so much data bits and bytes. When we the people stop worrying about the CORPORATE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and begin to concern themselves with the State of ____________ where they have domiciles they will not owe any more taxes. When they start corresponding with their state representatives instead of the Corporate Hogs at the Corporate Trough they will soon see a change in their wellbeing. When the states stop responding to loans and grants from the Corporation they will soon begin to trim their budgets to Rights and not benefits. Are we ready for that? Yet!
