www.gofundme.com/1tkukcI'm in. At least one of the owners of AR15.com has donated already. We're waiting to see if we can get a NY lawyer on this. At least one of the moderators there is a member of the NY BAR. We need a quick victory on this one. He's been charged, so it needs action by the DA.

New York has had a pre existing AWB ban in place for many years, including a ban on magazines over 10 rds. Originally they grandfathered 30 rd mags that were owned prior to the ban (not sure how they checked it). So most LEO's had no way of enforcing it. Now, with their NEW ban (only 7rds per mag), they are allowing ownership of ten rd. mags or less only. No grandfather on 30 rd mags that were originally grandfathered. But I thought they had a year to get rid of the 30 rd mags?

I don't want to do it anymore than anyone else with a lick of common sense, but some times you have to do what you have to do to be man of honor, courage, and strength. Semper Fi For those who do not know what Semper Fi means, it is Latin for Always Faithful. Yes, I ran into someone who was saying it, but did not know what it meant, and was not a Marine. He adjusted his attitude when I calmly explained the real meaning of it and why Marines say it.

Looks like NY is pushing the envelope, as it will be pushed nationally.

He had mags, and ammo types that were banned in the past. Take the time a read, John's response to this. mountainguerrilla.wordpress.com/2013/01/31/a-suggestion-to-oathkeepers/This is something I’ve been pondering on for several weeks now, and the Haddad case in NY brings it to a very abrupt point. I would not have consented to a search. I will NEVER consent to a search. If you try to concoct a reason for a search, I will kill you in defense of my family and property and liberty. If I knew I had 5 mags in the trunk, worth 7 years each, I would not have let you open the trunk without a fight, period. That’s 35 years. That’s THE REST OF MY F-ING LIFE. Why not kill you and take the fight to the enemy for as long as possible? God, you got to love men with back bones like John's CLANG! He reminds me of Lt. White, and that Recon Marine was tough. I respected, loved and feared that man. He was a mustang, who came up the hard way, and went back to the grunts side, with a smile on his face. <mosby mod>
