I ran across this today. It gives somethings to think about. randomthoughtsandguns.blogspot.com/2013/01/choke-points.htmlWe also need to realize that works both ways. I like this comment. "Anonymous said... For the last forty five years, I have been unable to go on vacation or drive along any rural road, the way I did before basic training. Instinctively I observe and consider the terrain, near and more distant. Rurik " I guess, because I do the same thing. I just can't help it, it is just part of me. Other post show I am not the only one, thinking along some lines, in looking how to tie up resources of the enemy, and take the fight to them. It is hard for some one to fight you, when they are putting out fires you have already started. Be in two places at once, tie up their resources, and fight them where and when you choose.

"All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near." - Sun Tzu
