There are some problems here with the 1968 Act. One is the temperament of the people.
More of America is awake to their agenda, we see tyranny raising it's ugly head & with less trust towards a corrupt Gov. I suspect more people will will join the Patriot ranks.
Once enforcement takes place I believe the gloves will be off. Any sign of compliance will only embolden enforcement.

This is only possible if we agree. The regulations, Presidential Proclamations/Executive Orders and Memorandum are not laws! They are inter office Communications within a Corporation. They only have power of enforcement among those who agree. When the list is published it is the job of the local Sheriff to allow or Disallow the Feds to enforce those laws. If the Sheriff does so they violate their Oath of office and can be charged in local court for Violating your Civil Rights. When We the People get the idea that there is no such thing as Federal Laws other than those passed by the Congress of the united States and agreed to by the States we will become free again. It takes more Balls to walk into a court and ask the Judge to provide you his oath of office than it dos to walk in front of a Company of Marines wearing a G-String and a USMC Tattoo. Probably a lot more dangerous too. We have people doing the Court thing here in NC every day.
