WASHINGTON, DC - DECEMBER 08: U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder (R) listens to an aide as he waits for the beginning of a hearing on the oversight of the Justice Department during a voting breaking before the House Judiciary Committee December 8, 2011 on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. A largely overlooked exchange from Thursday’s House Judiciary Committee hearing includes what appears to be an admission from Attorney General Eric Holder that emails to and from him about Operation Fast and Furious may exist, and that he’s refusing to provide them to Congress.
The possibility was first addressed during an exchange with House oversight committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa, who also sits on the House Judiciary Committee, early in the hearing.

While I am not a fan in any reach of Mr Holder and his knights of the Round Table. I do have to ask exactly where the Legislative branch gets this ability to conduct these hearing where you are required to attend and answer their questions. If they seat a panel for an impeachment of the president or a Justice then it is fine but just because they are all bar-fly lawyers where in the Constitution does it say I have to talk to them?

He answers only to his boss (Chicago style Obama) and his boss to the puppet masters. In fact little will change with the next election even if Newt or Romney win. As the Who said, "Meet the new boss, Same as the old boss..."

New Fast and Furious emails show Obama administration obstructing Congress
By Rick Moran, May 23, 2016
The lid may finally blow off the Fast and Furious cover-up by the Obama administration, as a federal judge ordered the release of thousands of emails showing how then-attorney general Eric Holder obstructed, stonewalled, and misdirected congressional investigators looking into the program.
People in the Nixon administration went to jail for less.
