Inspite of the defeat of the Dream Act in congress, Napolitano vows to enforce it anyway. There is no representative government in the US - Obama administration has declared it null and void. www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/apr/1/dhs-illegal-immigrant-students-not-target-deportat/By Stephen Dinan - The Washington Times 12:16 p.m., Friday, April 1, 2011
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Friday that illegal immigrant students and young adults who meet the criteria in last year’s failed legalization bill in Congress are not a “priority” for her department’s law enforcement efforts This administration ignores the constitutional process, refuses to enforce laws that have been passed by the representatives of the people, and forces on the citizenry its own decrees and edicts, thereby creating a government of abominations. This administration will continue to defy the will of the people as long as the people continue to acquiesce to these intolerable acts of treason and subjugation by government which is becoming more and more totalitarian with each passing day. Justification for revolt is clear and obvious.

Of course she will comply with what chairman maobama dictates to be the "new" law. Just like the EPA, it matters not that he cannot get many of his dictatorial policies through the legislative process, he will continue to force his "leadership" upon the American people. My question is, how long is it going to be before Americans wake up and stand against this crap?
Maybe I need to get out more, but I don't see many even paying attention, or if they are they seemed perfectly o.k. with ceding more and more control of their lives over to the government.
