Gee, I wonder which it will be. As Z said the other day: “They never quit. They never change their minds. They just keep at it until they get their way.” And another former right “guaranteed” by our erstwhile Constitution—the right to due process before having your most essential rights and freedoms summarily stripped—will be dragged to the curb and hauled away by our benevolent government.
If you support Constitutional governance, you have no representation in this one. None. I suggest, instead of hauling out the beer, BBQ, and sparklers (nothing stronger, they’re all banned) for the Fourth, we break out the black armbands instead. Because the America we celebrate on the Fourth is long dead, and it deserves to be properly mourned.

Judicial Watch Demands DOJ Inspector General Probe Into "Scandalous" Lynch-Clinton Meeting
by Tyler Durden, Jun 30, 2016 8:17 PM
The political scandal of the day was the news that on Monday evening (coincidentally just before the Benghazi report was released), Bill Clinton and US Attorney General Loretta Lynch just happened to meet on the tarmac at a Phoenix airport - totally unplanned of course. Clinton saw the attorney general and wanted to say hello, so Clinton boarded Lynch's plane to talk for a bit. Sure, just a quick chat about the weather, his putting stroke, anything except oh, say, an update on what was about to be released on Benghazi, and especially not an update on the ongoing FBI investigation into Hillary.
"Our conversation was a great deal about his grandchildren. It was primarily social and about our travels. He mentioned the golf he played in Phoenix, and he mentioned travels he'd had in West Virginia. There was no discussion of any matter pending for the department or any matter pending for any other body. There was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of the State Department emails, by way of example" Lynch told reporters.

EXCLUSIVE: State Department Won’t Release Clinton Foundation Emails for 27 Months
Richard Pollock, 12:21 PM 06/30/2016
Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.
If the court permits the delay, the public won’t be able to read the communications until October 2018, about 22 months into her prospective first term as President. The four senior Clinton aides involved were Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Michael Fuchs, Ambassador-At-Large Melanne Verveer, Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.

Dems Criticize Lynch-Bill Clinton Meeting as Sending 'Wrong Signal'
By Cathy Burke, Thursday, 30 Jun 2016
Democrats aren't happy about the "wrong signal" telegraphed by a private meeting between Attorney General Loretta Lynch — who's overseeing the probe into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server — and Bill Clinton.
In a rare rebuke of the presumptive nominee by a member of her own party, Delaware Democratic Sen. Chris Coons sharply criticized the meeting between the prosecutor and former president.
"I don't think it sends the right signal," he tells CNN's "New Day" program in an interview Thursday. "I think she should have steered clear even of a brief, casual, social meeting with the former president."
David Axelord, a former adviser to both Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama, was even more pointed, calling the meeting "foolish."
