Suppose, too, that consistent with state law, you grow, process, and used marijuana. Now, state law says you can, but federal law says that you can't. What happens if the feds arrest you and charge you with a crime? The Constitution/Bill of Rights says that the right to keep and bear arms cannot be infringed. Would a federal requirement that demands that you register your firearms, be such an infringement? Could you be successfully prosecuted if charged with failing to register your firearms?
