POS oath breaking ATF dirtbags on the roll... BREAKING: ATF Raids Ares Armor In Direct Violation of Court Issued Restraining OrderMarch 15 2014, by Dan Cannon UPDATE 3/16: Apparently the temporary restraining order obtained by Ares Armor was revised to include a clause to “not restrain lawful criminal proceedings”. So, I guess the ATF considers breaking into a business and stealing its computers and records is a “lawful criminal proceeding”. I guess the people who bought the lowers in question can expect some kind of contact from the ATF. Fun times. AR-15 aresWe’ve always said that a restraining order is just a piece of paper. Usually we’re referring to defensive gun uses when we say that. However, in this case we have the government violating a restraining order issued by… the government. gunssavelives.net/gun-industry/breaking-atf-raids-ares-armor-in-direct-violation-of-court-issued-restraining-order/#ATF accuses Ares Armor of illegal gun sales in response to restraining orderDavid Codrea, Gun Rights Examiner, March 15, 2014 UPDATE (3/15): A video titled "ATF breaks into Ares Armor in National City" has just been posted today to YouTube. This column has now embedded the new video above. Further details will be made known when they become available. bearingarms.com/video-despite-restraining-order-atf-raids-ares-armor/VIDEO: Despite Restraining Order, ATF Raids Ares Armor Monderno is reporting that that ATF has raided all Ares Armor locations, despite the temporary retraining order issues against the rogue government agency by a judge... There is little doubt that the ATF will copy all computer hard drives and copy any paper documentation found at these locations, and use this information to build a list of those customers who have purchased 80% lowers receivers. Considering ATF’s long history of criminality, it is also just as likely that this information will be used as a de facto gun registry. The rule of law? It doesn’t apparently matter any more.

When will people understand that the Government, federal AND local, WILL protect its self above all... More Video And Pics From ATF Raid On Ares ArmorHere’s more video and pictures of the ATF raid on Area Armor yesterday. We reported on this yesterday. The ATF wanted to seize lower receivers (base for building a AR15, but not a functional weapon) claiming they were “illegal firearms” and wanted Ares customer lists, to be able to hunt down the people who bought them. Ares refused to turn over the lists and got a temporary restraining order against the ATF. The ATF then went to the judge ex parte (without Ares present) and got the judge to essentially nullify the prior order, so they could go in, grab the receivers and the list. weaselzippers.us/179587-more-video-and-pics-from-atf-raid-on-ares-armor/

ATF Excuse For Raid: Ares Armor sold EP Armory polymer lower receivers As usual, the dirtbag oath breakers at ATF just make it up as they go along, unfortunately the judicial system continues to give them unchecked free reign, even when they blatantly violate many U.S. and international laws, as in the Fast and Furious gun running program. I like Bob Owens statement... Been wanting to try an 80% receiver, so I will also follow suit, hopefully they are up and running soon.

Dixie won one from III Arms at the Fall PATCON, but I haven't found anyone around here who will set it up for some reason.

Truth is a always relevant to your opinion.
Until we start bringing charges against the local cops who always assist by name we will never stop them. the supreme court has ruled that the alphabet agencies have no jurisdiction outside of DC, and the areas controlled by the federal government. Thus they haul their goods in local city and county vehicles. They usually have a local be first in the door for entry. These are the ones we need to start charging.

bearingarms.com/did-u-s-attorney-daniel-butcher-mislead-a-federal-judge-to-justify-the-ares-armor-raid-on-ak-15-lower-receivers/Did U.S. Attorney Daniel Butcher Mislead a Federal Judge to Justify the Ares Armor Raid on “AK-15″ Lower Receivers? Daniel Butcher is the Assistant U.S. Attorney that filed a response to temporary restraining order (TRO) obtained by Ares Armor against the ATF. He filed the response with federal magistrate judge Bernard G. Skomal, who allowed the raid to proceed. Butcher conveniently “forgets” that the 80% lower receivers stocked and sold by Ares Armor are not generally considered firearms, according to the ATF’s own determination letters sent to numerous manufacturers over the years. As 80% receivers are not firearms, they are therefore not subject to the ATF’s jurisdiction. Nor does he mention that the ATF’s claim that EP Armory’s 80% receivers are manufactured differently hasn’t been proven even once by the agency.

Apparently this is part of a bigger case involving illegal aliens making NFA items and selling them on the black market. EP armory 80% poly lowers are bicolored units. Take away the 20% different colors and you have a lower. ATF says it was 100%prior to second color being added. EP says it is not true. The process is one step and not two.
I for one think there is a lot more to meets the eye hear. The judge- violated her oath. She should be punished. The ATF guys are just the pawns, watch the real players operating in the background!!!!!!

Oath Breaking Scumbags... Gun Parts Store Owner Claims ATF Tried to Make a Secret Deal for the Names of His CustomersMar. 19, 2014 12:25pm, Becket Adams The CEO of a gun parts store in California on Monday accused the ATF of trying to obtain the names of nearly 5,000 of his customers by striking a secret deal with him. Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives “basically said, ‘Listen, we know you’re a legitimate business. We know you’re doing everything fine. Hand over the list of names, hand over this particular product that we have now deemed to be a firearm and everything’s going to be fine. Nobody will know about it. It will be swept under the rug,’” Ares Armor owner Dimitrios Karras said. Karras, whose store was raided over the weekend by federal agents, made the claim during an interview on TheBlaze TV’s Real News. “‘Nobody’s going to know that you handed over these names.’” www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/03/19/gun-parts-store-owner-claims-atf-tried-to-make-a-secret-deal-for-the-names-of-his-customers/
