Question to the Government Trolls and L.E. that peruse these pages and others like them. Wow did you ever think you would be spying on people just like you, up to and including family, friends and acquaintances of fellow freedom and liberty loving American patriots. Spying and gathering intelligence on 'The People' for 'the State', and their charge? They stand for what you used to. It's all in the open now, all over the press, in almost every country around the world. You can no longer shield yourself... "I was only following orders". You cannot hide behind the banner ... "I didn't know". They have been gathering information on ALL of us, including you, and using it for nefarious purposes. That is a fact admitted to by NUMEROUS Govt agencies. They ARE gathering and storing the data IN DIRECT VIOLATION of the Bill of Rights and MANY international and domestic laws, it is no longer speculation... THEY, the People you work for and/or support, have admitted it... Openly! You cannot deny that what you are doing now is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, Because your agencies have openly admitted it is. They have just found "routes" around the law or are "bending" the law for the "public safety and good" Now is the time to stand to your Oaths... "to Protect and Defend" ... "from ALL enemies, foreign AND domestic" Some of you have even sunk so low as to start targeting former and active service members (Mil and LE), people that stood exactly where you stand right now. You are targeting and turning over information on veterans who took the EXACT same Oath you took, and look where you stand now, feeding an ever growing and ravenous out-of-control State. While you busy yourselves with that task, a thought to keep in mind; One day your "service" to the State will no longer be required, or your eyes may be "opened" and you become a liability, either way history shows that the State is more apt to 'disappear' potential problems, than let them go back to grazing with the sheeple. So caution yourself; One day the worm will turn... Destiny, Fate, Karma... call it what you will, but in the end a tab will be collected.

Nicely put avordvet, I wonder what percentage of them have drinking and drug problems? Knowing that what they do goes against the very people they swore to protect. Going home not being able to talk about their abuses for reasons of shame or fear of retributions.
At some point it has to eat at their souls or maybe it's being done by the Brits and we spy on the people of England so that it doesn't become so personal.
It is beyond my comprehension how so many could turn their backs on their countrymen, family, friends and neighbors. Apparently it can be done, look at the Oath Breakers, LEO's, on video over the last few years and very few speak out!

To give humane characteristics to an animalistic entity in literature is called anamontapeia. To give an agent said characteristics is unthinkable.
If I am sweeping the streets and a kitten becomes entangled in the vacuum of my sweeper do I get down and help, or continue to sweep and curse the idiot who let it out?
They have become hardened to any but those who live under their personal roofs. To expect them to compare their actions, which bring home the bacon, to honor or right and wrong is in itself wrong headed.

In other words you're saying, when the news shows a bunch of guys kicking and beating a puppy to death while laughing and the viewers wonder what would make people become so cruel with no remorse? How can they live with themselves? Is there a difference?

Ojibwa au Contrair'. I was saying that as we meet and greet these people in person perhaps we need to remend them of their honor, their oaths, and their position below those they serve, and not on the right hand of Yahweh where they believe they sit. When they begin to hear on the letters to the editor about Counsel person Ace and not the city council being a crud. Honesty though is a two way street.
When we point out their errors or transgressions we have to be prepared to stand out ground. Unlike them we have no Union or rank and file supporters.
So long as we follow that old adage "You can't fight City Hall" we can't be free, or in most cases even safe.
When I run over the cat I take them to the Doc. When I see you run over the dog I turn you ass in like you hit a kid and I will stand in court to swear it.
Sorry my writing has been a bit off since my transformation.(inside joke)

To quote the message Hologram from the movie "I-Robot" with Will Smith"
"That is the wrong question"
When we try and understand how the police became so powerful we are missing a much bigger problem. The police are simply Revenue Agents for the local Incorporated Municipality. (Your city or town). The question we need to answer is how this corporation has any power over you?
If you look at your State Constitution you will find that they don;t have a lot to say about a corporation called "The CITY OF WHERE EVER" The State Constitution as a rule refers to the County and districts. So where did the city come from?
In many places the Town was a Company Town. Built to service some large corporation that was given some responsibility to provide services and SECURITY to the employees while remembering that the Company came first.
Look hard at your city and then look up it's Ordinances, and fines, and jurisdictions. It will amaze you what they have given to themselves for powers and authority.
Here in lies the Achilles Heel of the new world order ;D Your City is usually led by a mayor who sits on the Head of the City Council. You all vote for the Mayor, and then you vote for a council person to present your point of view.
The City manager and the Chief of Police, and the Fire Chiefs are all paid employees. The mayors Office usually has an Attorney and maybe a DA. These people are all employed to generate Revenue. They do this through permits, fines, and taxes.
The police of this group are the most visible. That is because they were the only ones at city level to wear guns in their day to day involvement with the people. While they wear guns they must all be approved by the County Sheriff to investigate crimes. That is unless the Country Commission, established by Lincolns general Order 100, passes an ordinance to allow the city to do it's own crime investigation, and in doing so reduce the powers of the Elected Sheriff.
This is where we lost our power. When the Police became a substitute for the Elected Sheriff we lost our voice. In NC last year the Superior Court of the State rules that the Police was a Sub-Contractor and not an employee of the City and as such when the Officer violated his oath he was just a civilian and could be personally held financially responsible for his actions or lack of actions.
In a recent SCOTUS decision it was determined that the people could meet in a Common Law Peoples Grand Jury and the results could be used to force the County District attorney to file charges and set a trial date. This has often been referred to as the 4th Branch of Government.
Perhaps this is our lost control over the Corporations Revenue agents.

Here in my local County I had a talk with a long time Deputy. He made mention of the fact that the deputies receive I believe he said $5.00 per ticket given placed into their retirement fund. While it is true that $5.00 is a bit low to risk your life over so a ticket can be issued it makes a big difference over a 20 year career. The other counterpoint to officer tickets is that they have to appear i court on day the ticket is heard, and again if it goes to trial. If you look carefully though, or just go sit in the gallery, you will see that 95% of the tickets are never contested. So the Officer schedules them all on one day and only looses one more day for the guy who gets his balls up over it an pleads not guilty. The SCOTUS has already determined that local cops are Revenue Agents. In NC the Court has determined that cops are Sub-Contractors and not part of the Government. It is a job though!

A neighbor years back was a Deputy Sheriff, he said he got paid extra for being in court, if true there is more incentive to write them up. Be a Revenue Agent and personally benefit at the same time.

To Avordvet, and all others on this thread:
Many of you have claimed, stated, and otherwise mentioned the idea that there are so-called "oathkeepers" in the ranks of the military, who will eventually "wake up", and throw off the shackles of the regime, and America and the Constitution will be restored complete with rainbows, chocolate rivers and children playing with gumdrop smiles.
Every One Of You Is Sadly And Foolishly Optimistic.
And I shall tell you why...
Your military has been "fundamentally transformed" into something that did not exist two generations ago. The service of that age saw its ranks filled with patriotic Americans who understood the death struggle with Soviet Russia and its minions across the globe. We had leadership possessed of resolve and purpose. Our men and women in uniform had superior training and spirit, and were focused on the mission of securing freedom.
Now, look at today. The service has been emasculated on the battlefield, with rules of engagement which essentially prevent the soldier from engaging the enemy; in the garrison, with emphasis on promoting perversion in the ranks and social experimentation; and over all, a command structure determined to destroy the fighting spirit and will to resist.
The military and the government minions who comprise this regime are loyal to their oaths, indeed. They swore to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic - and those enemies have been redefined as YOU. And they will prosecute this war against you, the new domestic enemies, to the fullest extent of the law and the uttermost end of strength.
This contemporary military no longer has patriotic warriors in their hierarchy. Those whom we would call "patriots" have either retired, been forced out, or otherwise purged from the ranks. The current generation of soldier - from the lowliest sailor manning the rails to the loftiest flag-rank officer spouting regime talking points - are there for myriad reasons, which include college tuition and education benefits; they reenlist to qualify for cash bonuses; they receive taxpayer-funded salaries, tax-exempt and duty-free goods and services, and taxpayer-funded health care; and when they reach retirement, they then receive taxpayer-funded pensions, further health care, and in the case of the higher ranks, their dachas by the lake, just as their Soviet counterparts did.
The current generation of military members are indeed mercenaries. They fight for pay and they fight well. They are committed to upholding the regime that funds their present and future lifestyle. And they are committed to collecting intelligence of the enemy they have been ordered to fight: the domestic terrorists, as defined by their chain of command.
Now, many of you will ask, "Sarge, how can you possibly say all these things?" Here's how: having spent 26 years in that uniform as an officer and as an NCO, seeing both sides of the conduct and training and corporate culture;
Having spent years as a recruiter, knowing all the training, benefits and bonuses (aka "entitlements") that a young mush-brain could be enticed with to enlist, and re-enlist over and again;
Having watched comrades with whom I served, bled, dined and drank with, evolve over time into apologists for the regime, fully supportive of the usurpers of the nation, and who will carry out each and every order against their own fellow citizens, to their uttermost conclusion;
Having beheld the current crop of leadership - MY generation, the ones who remember the "shining city on the hill" - utter pusillanimous words of aid and comfort to the enemies of freedom, both here and abroad.
Folks, do not deceive yourselves into believing all this "oathkeeper" garbage. It's a lie, perpetrated to spread false hope. The true patriots of the military have left the service, either in disgust or dotage - or to live their golden years in their own dachas by the lake.
If there is any hope for the America of our memory, it lies in the unorganized militia.
And we are not idle. Neither are the regime.

To Avordvet, and all others on this thread: Actually, can't disagree with much you have posted. Over the past few years my hope of Oath Keepers holding the military has waned with the purge of Officers and NCOs that has been going on throughout the Obamanation. Just as I have talked about how the loss of senior LEOs has added to the militarization of American LE, I am also very aware that the same thing is happening to the military services. For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.- Sir Winston Churchill

The Tactic Police Can Use to Take Cash and Property From Those Who Haven't Been Convicted of a CrimeAug. 8, 2013 1:31pm Becket Adams Did you know that the police can confiscate items such as cash and property from people who have never been convicted of a crime? It's true, and it's all because of a little-known police tactic called civil forfeiture. A product of the so-called "war on drugs," civil forfeiture was part of the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984 passed by Congress 29 years ago. The bill gives law enforcement officials a portion of the assets seized during drug raids and similar investigations. Unfortunately, according to certain reports, some police departments have been going overboard with the tactic. www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/08/08/the-tactic-police-can-use-to-take-cash-and-property-from-those-who-havent-been-convicted-of-a-crime/

The time to cure these situations are NOW. When the next crime prevention meeting takes place and they finish the dog and pony show and ask for questions stand up and ask what the policy is for when a SWAT raid is justified.
When they finish stuttering and stammering and ask why ask them again to tell you under what circumstances they would order a swat night time entry into a residential home in your area?
With this information ask to speak at the next City/ Town council meeting and ask the same question. When they are through explaining that such a decision is the decision of the Chief of police tell them what the Police told you in that meeting. Then ask them to establish the needed controls on their EMPOLOYEES.
By just asking about this should get the ACLU and the local citizens groups on board. The standard answer is that they go in when they feel the officers could be in danger if going up to the door alone.
Then ask which Judge would authorize this type of operation. When they call out the Magistrate ask them if he is a sitting oath bearing Judge or just a city/town/county employee with a stamp.
These questions will greatly reduce the incidence of over reaction.
Here in Fayettenam the local cops actually put all tactical operations on their radio and a loud speaker to provide notice and identification of the residence.
Perhaps it is not so bad here in the 82nd's back pocket.
What lard ass JBT would be snatching a 4 year combat vetran about like in the video of those civilians. Probably not more than once anyway.

Obama's police state strikes again (Video)
Police increasingly utilize military weapons and vehicles to patrol the streets.
August 9, 2013
Since the election of Barack Obama in 2008, citizens across the country have reported and documented with photos and videos the growing militarization of police, leading many to declare that the United States is now a police state. Numerous photos and videos have shown police officers dressed in military uniforms and carrying military grade weapons, transported by military style vehicles.
But the behavior of some police officers is even more troublesome than the equipment they are using.

LPD recently unveiled the 1981 M113APC armored tank and MARCbot IV robot, equipped with a Xbox controller, to an unaware and uninformed general public. This gift, courtesy of the Obama Administration, is free to the LPD as a reallocation of military surplus. Of course we all know nothing is free in this country. And why does a town like Lewiston need an armored tank? It can’t be the crime, because in 2011 they recorded 3 murders and in 2009 they recorded zero murders.

Arlington police and city Code Enforcement officers raided the Garden of Eden, a 3.5-acre farm on the 7300 block of Mansfield Cardinal Road on the morning of Aug. 2. When is too much too much? www.rutherford.org/publications_resources/john_whiteheads_commentary/college_girls_bottled_water_and_the_emerging_american_police_stateThe answer to these JBT's in training is that the people of this nation begin to take offense to their unlawful actions. Instead of wearing these new neck corded ID holders so as not to slow down these JBT's in their conduct of our degradation start carrying a copy of the local state oath of office for LEO and Government officials. Instead of carrying that Driver's license when you get out of your vehicle which is the only reason for having one, carry a copy of Article 3, article 7 and the first 10 articles of amendment to the Constitution for the united States, and the equivalent portions of you state Constitutions. Instead of quietly placing your hands on the roof of your car ask the officer to tell you why. Instead of looking at the JBT in fear ask him/her for their oath of office which they swore to uphold to get their jobs. If they don't have a copy tell them it is on a card in the wallet they just took from you in violation of said oath. When you are stopped and the officer asks you if you "Understand" answer with the words "I comprehend the words you are speaking, but do not stand under your authority over me since I am a human being with both blood and bone"We need to stop whining about our rights and start carrying them in paper form so we can share them with these JBT's.
