re-sist-ance
1. the act or power of resisting, opposing, or withstanding.
We hear it all the time, "well what more can I do?"
What can you do? More than you are doing now!
"Resistance" to state tyranny can come in many forms, from non payment of taxes/monies, work slowdowns, strikes, undermining "unjust" laws and regulations, undermining 'supportive' infrastructure, building "black-market" barter channels or the training of "partisans" in resistance techniques.
Something I really appreciate, are the MIL/LEO vets across the country that are training their fellow citizens in self defense and combat tactics, at least these people will now have a leg up when the "bangers" come calling, and if needed, can walk right into a militia unit with little spool up.
Getting a solid stream of info/intel out/in on multiple/redundant mediums, or setting up and running a "patriot" communications network.
Build and maintain LOCAL support networks... Family, Friends, and Acquaintances.
Whether it be active or passive resistance: Point is to do SOMETHING to change the staus quo.

Let us look at this with a wide eye. You have a man who from his appearance would have a problem finding any other kind of work that will pay him what he gets as a City Revenue agent (cop). He gets some very specific instructions at shift briefing and is told that such and such type infractions on his route on his shift is not to be tolerated. In his mind his job advancement and possibly tenure is tied to his compliance with what he knows in his heart is unlawful attacks on his fellow citizen's Constitutional rights to be secure in their persons and their possessions. However to keep the kids in shoes and the wife in perfume he has to comply or begin to search for a new job. The Job wins every time. Enter some patriotic idiot who feels he is destined to be a hero by catching our cop in said violations and is actually filming it. He loses it as is expected. If you get the urge to become news at 5 do some safety procedures. 1. Filming to a local camera is risky at best and easy to erase if they shoot you as you shoot them. ;D 2. Use a laptop with good online streaming to a place where they can't get to it before your friends know about it. 3. Set up a check in schedule with someone not in the car with you in case of #2. 4. Never argue just smile and agree and move on and return later( 1 to 2 minutes) to finish. 5. Better to do this in pairs of cars. One shoot scene, and one shoot you for safety and coverage. 6. Realize that you are threatening the Officers honor, employment, and possibly family with your actions and that he will do what he thinks is needed to protect them all. 7. Never quit!

When all this crap started I dusted off my old video/audio recording devices, moved the camera/video app to my main screen on the phone, and popped up "numerous" surveillance cameras on the property (open and concealed).
Anyone that enters my property consents to audio/video, and in this day and time with the "cloud" & modern encryption... well, its hard to find and delete anything before it auto uploads.
Someone looks at my front/back door then their looking into a camera, just can't be safe enough with the modern bangers these days (official and unofficial types).
A few RTC rallies ago we had LEO's taking pics of us, we started taking pics right back... that stopped that crap right there. They started averting their faces, putting in some distance and pocketing the cameras.
