The program is directly responsible for the deaths of thousands of Mexican citizens and hundreds of American citizens including at least two federal agents. To date not one person has been brought to justice, instead, all the key players were promoted or moved to other offices. Benghazi - At least four Americans including a U.S. Ambassador were left to die in a CIA operation to arm Islamic rebels in Libya and Syria, the two former SEALs that were killed were not security but instead searching for MANPADS that the Obama admin gave to the Libyan Islamic Rebels. To date not one person has been removed for this illegal "program", Instead they were promoted or moved to other positions. IRS Scandals - Voter suppression and Citizen intimidation at its worse, a government totally out of control. EPA Scandal - Expect this new one to rival the IRS transgressions. Your country is on the ropes... About Five years ago I challenged ALL of you to show me where ANY of our cherished Civil Rights contained in the Bill of Rights still stand, to date NOT ONE has been able to show me this... NOT ONE person... and the challenge was put out to a VERY large nationwide network. The First through the Twelfth are damn near eradicated. Sure you got a taste of the First still there... But not for long, politicians have been saying for a couple years now that only schooled "professional journalists" are really afforded the First Amendment "free speech" protections, not lowly citizens like us. There is a new push on to cement this into place: www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/06/05/do-bloggers-deserve-first-amendment-protection-sen-graham-isnt-quite-sure/The Second Amendment is also under a fierce attack nationally, there are infringements on this Amendment in EVERY state.... SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED... Sounds pretty clear to me. There is even anti-Second Amendment language built into the Immigration legislation... they are gonna get your guns and ammo one way or another. The UN "small arms treaty" Bill has specific language designed to dry up foreign/domestic ammo and parts... Can't out right ban 'em? then just work the edges = the same result. The Fourth Through the Sixth? not in effect, if they can pour though your phone and emails at will, or arrest and indefinitely detain you without a warrant and no judicial oversight, then you are NO LONGER protected by the Bill of Rights and you are no longer a free citizen. Stand and resist while you still can .

In the past in another life ;D I have often written that all patriots need to begin to cache' weapons, and to readdress their equipments. I was flamed by heartfelt patriot anger and calls of COWARD. If you visit my home you will find no piece of my personal equipment is on the Obama list of "Illegal" weapons. I have only a few old historical pieces of Military or SWAT style baggage or load bearing equipment and a few sleeping bags and mosquito netting. I have written extensively on the need to buy into hunters garb over military type camouflage when choosing equipment. There is a reason! I have read the local State and Federal statutes. I have read the Lieber Code. I have read the Dick act. I have read every Presidential EO, Memo, Proclamation, since 1936. Our enemies do not sneak things in. They publish them for the world to see. If they choose to look. Then they quote those things to us, and demand we comply, and we as Americans, not US CITIZENS, are bound to obey or be charged. While many look in horror as DHS, and FEMA, and the other Alphabet agencies buy arms I look to see where they hold them because every agent is first an American, and a parent or son/daughter. It is like the line from the Mel Gibson movie about the Vietnam war (We were soldiers). Mel (Col) noticing that his CSM had on a 45 cal pistol, asked the CSM where his M-16 was as they walked towards the plane to go to Vietnam. The CSM stated: "When I need one they will be all over the ground". In the battle you watch as he picks up M-16 after M-16, fires a few rounds, and passes it on to a soldier without one, and pushes him to the line of defense. I have sufficient firepower to begin the war. When the ill trained members of DHS begin throwing their's down, and running for the trucks, I will find all I need. Till then I will not be arrested for wearing unlawful military/LEO equipment during an Emergency. Under Martial law doctrines agreed to by the nation the very possession of any of that stuff is grounds for arrest, and detainment for questioning. When the war starts I want to be sitting on a park bench with my pencil and paper doing Order of battle entries in Morse code not sitting with my handcuffed wrists attached to a log chain in the back of a fema railroad car.

Yup, got some sweet "upgrades" in mind.
Also keep track of local "storage" locations, and since DHS all the way down to BLM gardeners have a Tac Ops locker, the pickings will be very good. A couple of those new "PDW AR's" are on the short list.
Another plus is all that ammo that is going to locals who can barely control the crime on their streets much less a coordinated citizen "withdrawal" effort.

I have good weapons, but even good weapons and well supplied men run out of ammo eventually. The up grades will be in the form of things we can not legally own now.

He can not believe everyone doesn't love him. I for one believe he is in for a rude awakening. Just like the guy in Turkey. He said the other muslim countries needed to listen to the people, until his people started rioting. We can expect the same from the muslim pole smoker in Mordor on the Potomac.

The first need of any force is that they be able to fight when the time comes. When pride and self conceived beliefs in self immortality place you in jeopardy the force suffers. You need to realize the day they declare martial law, or make a move too far, that I will be in the field making it very rough on them. There will be no mistaking me, for someone just walking down the street. I expect to be high on their list of most wanted Patriots. More so I will not only earn that ranking, but do my best to wear it as a badge of honor. The have my face, my finger prints, and most likely my DNA already. They helped train and form me. I am Old Corps and I will not back down, or just go away. I doubt I make it to the other side, and will do my best to not go on that journey alone. I am too beat up and too old, to have false hopes. I expect to die in a pile of brass, with a few dogs to lay at my feet on my funeral pyre. Semper Fi!

Reasonable people know this is over the top
June 7, 2013, By: Anthony Martin
Is the administration claiming, thus, that 100 million people are maintaining contact with terrorists overseas? If one believes the administration's explanation of the program, one would have to accept the premise that fully one third of the American population is involved in some way with overseas terrorists.

There are probably a handful of mountain men living completely off the grid, never making phone calls or using email, who the government isn't spying on. Other than that, it looks like it's just about everyone.

People, we are getting close to the last stand, the arrows are now coming in from EVERY direction.
The Usurpers admin is doubling down on all its hands, they feel the battle front flexing as the sheeple are looking down for more grazing material. The lefties are rushing forward into the American lines in an attempt to overwhelm the system using Alinski and Fox/Pivens strategies.
You must convince your family friends and acquaintances to join the fight or we will be overwhelmed... Initially, until the festivities really get under way.

NSA, FBI, IRS and the 4th Amendment: Why freedom matters…And that's the problem. Knowing our government is actively looking at emails, phone calls (or "just" meta data in some cases) as well as our online surfing and purchasing habits sends a chill down your back. Folks we all make the comment that We the People are the enemy, but in our hearts we won't admit this truth. This truth has been incorporated into: The Trading with the Enemy Act when in 1933 they added into the definitions of enemy combatants "US PERSONS". (Hmm is this where Obama found that phrase) The recent National Defense Authorization Act. The Patriot Act. If you go to: avalon.law.yale.edu/ you can read them. When we are all really aware of this as a fact of the times we will be able to give up our Benefits and take back our rights .

You're right, but the average person neither knows this or wants to learn about it, in their mind it's a sporting event the Republicans VS the Democrats.
At the same time our Government does not come out openly to say that enemy combatants are defined as "US PERSONS". The gov hides the wording, either way it's there and we have to RESIST.

Journalist Michael Hastings sent chilling email to colleagues before deathPublished June 24, 2013, FoxNews.com Mere hours before the fiery car crash that took his life, journalist Michael Hastings sent an email to friends and colleagues urging them to get legal counsel if they were approached by federal authorities. "Hey [redacted] the Feds are interviewing my 'close friends and associates,'" read the message dated June 17th at 12:56 pm from Hastings to editors at the website BuzzFeed, where he worked. "Perhaps if the authorities arrive 'BuzzFeed GQ', er HQ, may be wise to immediately request legal counsel before any conversations or interviews about our news-gathering practices or related journalism issues." Hastings added that he was onto a big story and that he would, "need to go off the radat [radar] for a bit," according to KTLA in Los Angeles. www.foxnews.com/us/2013/06/24/journalist-michael-hastings-sends-chilling-e-mail-to-colleagues-before-death/

California man faces 13 years in jail for scribbling anti-bank messages in chalkPublished time: June 26, 2013 04:07, AFP Photo / Mark Ralston Jeff Olson, the 40-year-old man who is being prosecuted for scrawling anti-megabank messages on sidewalks in water-soluble chalk last year now faces a 13-year jail sentence. A judge has barred his attorney from mentioning freedom of speech during trial. According to the San Diego Reader, which reported on Tuesday that a judge had opted to prevent Olson's attorney from "mentioning the First Amendment, free speech, free expression, public forum, expressive conduct, or political speech during the trial," Olson must now stand trial for on 13 counts of vandalism. rt.com/usa/california-man-13-prison-banks-237/

'Disturbing Video' Shows Cops Forcibly Drawing Blood of DUI Suspects - And It's Legal Jun. 28, 2013 12:31pm Liz Klimas
A county sheriff in WAGA's report said more people taking advice to not submit to any field sobriety tests has made law enforcement's job more difficult, which is why deputies began getting search warrants to draw blood in 2006.
"It is what it is. If they're not guilty, they're not guilty. If they're guilty, they've got to face the consequences," Douglas County Sheriff Phil Miller said.

Cops Who Shot and Killed Man's Dog in Front of Him Are Pulled From Street Duty - But It's Not What You Think
Jul. 4, 2013 9:00pm Jason Howerton
HAWTHORNE, Calif. (TheBlaze/AP) — Three police officers in Hawthorne, Calif., have been temporarily relieved of street duty following a recent viral video that showed them fatally shooting a man's dog after they arrested him for "obstruction of justice."
The cops have been pulled from street duty for their safety after the widely circulated video drew numerous death threats. Hawthorne police spokesman Lt. Scott Swain told the Daily Breeze the decision is for the officers' safety after the uniformed officer shot the dog four times on Sunday.
