WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court says prosecutors can use a person's silence against them if it comes before he's told of his right to remain silent.
The 5-4 ruling comes in the case of Genovevo Salinas, who was convicted of a 1992 murder. During police questioning, and before he was arrested or read his Miranda rights, Salinas answered some questions but did not answer when asked if a shotgun he had access to would match up with the murder weapon.

Lets re look at this. I reread the actual decisions and the decision in Arizona while seemly anti states rights does not pertain to States rights. The SCOTUS decided that the State can not refuse the vote based upon the proof of US CITIZENSHIP. No state can require anyone to be a US CITIZEN. The law was flawed. Had they required that to vote in AZ you be able to prove you are an AZ citizen it would probably be correct and upheld, and enforceable. The key is in the use of the words US CITIZEN because only the Congress of the United states can make laws pertaining to US CITIZENS. Court won't allow challenge to surveillance law
The decision was that in order for there to be a claim their must be a complainant. The barfly lawyers knew this and proceeded anyway. If they had one instance of a lawyer being harmed by this they would have probably succeeded. I am waiting for the supercase over the decision about the peoples rights under the Common law grand jury to hit the media. To have a claim you must show harm to a human being for the case to go to the Supreme court.

Lets see, the Exec, office and Congress has voided the trust of the people and not we can say the Judiciary branch has done the same.
FOX NEWS poll says 63% distrust the Government. Which leads me to re post the following:

The time is coming when our government will descend on and start attacking the Declaration of Independence, stating "It Does Not" authorize the people the right to secure the Constitution, just wait, it's coming.
