The Plan for Restoration of Constitutional GovernmentThe Plan is made of ten (10) parts, which provide a nearly step by step guide to Restoration of Constitutional Government. Be sure to read the Preface as it provides an explanation as to why the Plan was written. Understand that, though detailed, there is no plan that works to perfection. It is only a guide and would require field adjustment to meet the exigent circumstances. The Plan comes in two PDF versions. The first has links to Internet articles that are asides (useful information relating to specific provisions of the Plan and historical background supportive of the hypothetical course of action). The second includes an Appendix of all external links so that if the Internet is lost, all of the direct lengths are still available. PRC files (Kindle) are also available. To download any of the above files, go to The Plan for Restoration of Constitutional Government

But why go through all that trouble when we can do it in 7 steps, 8 with add-ons... its so well laid out that it can be instituted by farmers and businessmen alike.

You first have to determine who you are for that to work. Then you have to find a group of like minded people to gather to your group who can, and will, read the rest of the words. Finally you have to awake to the notion that most of your fellow men will only support about 10% of that so long as their checks are guaranteed. The rest will wait for a white knight to ride in with a media supported program to set them free and leave the TV channels alone for sports and survivor..

Artical 2, section 2. Is a must at first. A full removal of federal, state and local powers must be removed I.E. currant holders of powers. That is if it's to be done right.
