Instead of surrendering, he should have sent 30 rounds of hot lead at their asses.

If you can't keep water from the sky, what's next?Taxing the air we breath?

Problem is where you live. If you live in one of the pre Louisiana Purchase states you hold water rights except in private Corporate owned communities. If you live in Post Louisiana Purchase states the water rights belong to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Inc under the Northwest Treaty and you have to buy water rights with the land or not as you see fit. If you don't have clear title to the water rights they revert to the Local Governmnet and can be sold to the County utilities commissions or anyone with the money. Go read your deeds and land covenants. Now had he been collecting water off his roof and holding it in tanks never touching the land it would not be at this point. We the people need to understand exactly what we own since the North West Treaty of 1875 and as amended.

Understood safetalker. But,as I see it water rights held or not.Are described as water use from the land(river, stream, pond or source of groundwater). Not falling from the sky, this is a new "POWER GRAB" by government and follows the UN plan to control the worlds food and water.
